The Blade Bros LLC strives to provide the Ultimate customer Experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason during the first 30 days of purchase we are offering a 30-day return Gaurantee (if the conditions below are met)

Conditions for returning products:

- In the first 30 days of receipt, you are entitled to a full refund less shipping and handling for new, unopened, unused items.Â
- Returns after 30 days may still be approved at our discretion, provided the products have not been used. If we are unable to refund your payment method, we will issue you a store credit instead.
- Returns and refunds will not be accepted for clearance and sale items.
- We are not responsible for return shipping unless a mistake has been made by us.
- If you request a Return or Exchange, a Customer Service Representative will email you the return instructions and the address where your item should be shipped.
- For a return or exchange to be accepted, all items must be in a new condition

- Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to determine if the products are in the same condition when sold. It may take up to 7 business days to inspect and process a returned item.
- Refunds will be issued within 15 days of receiving your returned item (minus original shipping fees).
- It is possible that you will have to pay a restocking fee when returning an item. A restocking fee of 10% will be applied to any order. It takes our team a lot of time to pull orders with many items, which is the reason for the restocking fee.
- You will be notified if the item has not met our requirements by a Customer Service Representative. We will return items that have been physically damaged or missing content to you at your request.

In order to receive full credit, the items must be clean, unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all paperwork, parts, and accessories.

A refund will not be granted for items that are damaged beyond repair.

Defective merchandise:
We strive to ensure that our products are free from defects caused by manufacturers. Defective products should be reported to us within five days of receipt.
