The Blade Bros LLC does not accept responsibility for sales to unauthorized areas. When you purchase an item from The Blade Bros LLC, you agree to accept legal responsibility for owning the item in the jurisdiction to which it is delivered.  In regard to the ownership and use of items purchased from The Blade Bros LLC, it is the Buyer's responsibility, not the Seller's, to determine and obey all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws. Furthermore, the Buyer warrants that he or she is 18 years of age or older and understands that some products sold by The Blade Bros LLC can be dangerous if misused. As part of the agreement, the buyer expressly agrees to indemnify and hold harmless our company and its affiliates. 

Items sold for collection purposes, not for use as weapons.

By placing an order online with The Blade Bros LLC the customer verifies that they are over 18 years of age and are aware of all local, state, and federal laws regarding the possession, purchasing or carrying of the products they are ordering. In the event that the purchaser violates any laws, The Blade Bros LLC will not be held liable. 

It is the Customers responsibility to  comply with their governmental regulations.

Customs Issues:

All orders  shipped internationally are at the customer's risk. If the customer places an international order, they assume all risk of confiscation enroute. All shipping charges, including return shipping, remain the responsibility of the customer if customs confiscate or return the merchandise to us. In the case of confiscated items, The Blade Bros LLC is not responsible. If items are returned to us, a refund may be issued.

Release, Assumption of Risk, and Waiver of Liability and Indemnity Agreement:

Neither The Blade Bros LLC nor their affiliates warrant that any and all items offered are legal to sell, purchase, possess, or carry under federal, state, or local law. Items that may be found on this list include pocket knives, switchblades, knuckle knives, concealed blades, and double edged blades, among others. We believe it is extremely imperative to comply with laws established by states. All items purchased from The Blade Bros LLC can only be purchased if the buyer is in compliance with all federal, local, and state laws.

Handling knives improperly can be dangerous. Be sure to keep children away from them.

Prohibited Uses:

(a) The Website may only be used for legal purposes and the Products may only be purchased for legal purposes 

(b) Use of the Website or Products is prohibited for the following reasons: (i) harassing, intimidating, humiliating, or threatening other persons, (ii) for any illegal, libelous, obscene, pornographic, or illegal purpose, or (iii) in violation of any law or regulation.  

(c) Neither you nor anyone else may copy, modify, create derivative works of, or reverse engineer The Blade Bros LLC 's(i) Website, including all its components and contents, in whole or in part. The Blade Bros LLC does not grant permission for you to copy, modify, create derivative works of, or reverse engineer (iii) Products, trademarks, service marks, trade dresses, patents, patents pending, copyrights, or other intellectual property, including, without limitation, photographic images.

(d) Unless otherwise stated in this Agreement, The Blade Bros LLC does not grant you any license or ownership rights, including Intellectual Property.

Orders:

Any knife products must be ordered by people aged 18 or older, and restricted products must be ordered by people aged 21 or older. On the Website, restricted products are marked. Several items on the Website may be illegal for under 21-year-olds to possess in your or other areas. It is your responsibility to check all applicable federal, state, and local laws before purchasing, owning, using, and possessing any products purchased from the Website.
